Desire And Prayer

  Our interest in you and your family goes far beyond our desire for you to come to Catawba Springs.  We can honestly say our "hearts' desire and prayer to God for you and your family is that you might be saved."  Romans 10:1

  What does it mean to be saved?  Only the Bible can answer that important question.

  The Bible Says that all have sinned.  "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."  Romans 3:23

  The Bible Says that the penalty for sin is death.  "For the wages of sin is death."  Romans 6:23

  The Bible Says that Jesus Christ, God's Son, paid the penalty of our sin.  "But God commendeth (showed) His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."  Romans 5:8

  The Bible Says Christ is the only way to be saved.  "I am the way, the truth, and the life:  no man cometh unto the Father (God), but by me."  John 14:6

  The Bible Says that we must repent for our sins.  "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted our..."  Acts 3:19

  The Bible Says we must believe on Jesus Christ.  "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life..."  John 3:36
